By accessing or using Dispatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Use of the Service
Dispatch provides a webhook management platform that allows you to receive, route, and deliver webhook events. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to:
- Transmit malicious code, spam, or abusive content through webhook endpoints
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
Plans and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily reduces availability. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
Intellectual Property
The Dispatch platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the service.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dispatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
