Can I start for free?

Yes. The Free plan includes 10,000 events per month with no credit card required.

What happens if I exceed my event limit?

On the Free plan, events beyond the 10,000/month limit are dropped at ingress and shown as Dropped in your billing dashboard so you always know what happened. On Team and Growth, overage events are billed at $0.03 per 1,000 and we email you when you cross 80% of your included quota.

Can I change plans at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current billing period, so you keep your current limits until then and any overage already accumulated bills at the rate of the plan you used. You can cancel anytime.

How are events counted?

Accepted Answer

An event is a single canonical webhook received by Dispatch. Retries of the same webhook (deduplicated by idempotency key) and fan-out to multiple destinations both count as one event. Requests blocked by your filter rules are tracked separately as discarded requests, not events.

Question 5

What if a payment fails?

Accepted Answer

Your subscription moves to Past Due and Stripe automatically retries the charge over the next several days. Delivery keeps working during this retry window. You can update your payment method any time from the Billing page.
